please help me complete this project.

This case is based on the interview with the business owner and based on the problem she has, I need to give a marketing plan(I already include in the files, please use the information I upload, do not write a new marketing plan). I upload some files which include interview notes, essay sample, two marketing plan files (please use both of the files), and the business plan she used for her business. Please follow the format that I upload below named “Mini-case Example and requirement”. And this essay needs to use the information in the “SS Market Plan” and “Market plan” files.
