1B) Research NC new law on law enforcement body cams/video and community accessibility, what does the law state? How will this affect how the community views law enforcement officials?

2B) Choose which of the major ethical systems most closely matches your personal views, and explain how you arrived at this choice. Is this ethical system absolute, or is there a “situational” exception to the rule?
